Flauta is a tall, handsome, young kitty. He is very playful (string and feather toys are his favorites!). He loves hanging out on his tall cat tree and looking out the window. Flauta was adopted as a kitten and recently returned to AJL. His home situation had changed and the other cats in the home caused Flauta to be very stressed, resulting in a UTI. He is all better now and on a prescription urinary diet, which he loves. The first week after his return, he was a little stressed in his foster home (sometimes change can be hard!). But he has settled in nicely and shown himself to be a very sweet, loving cat who enjoys affection. Even though he has his own room away from other cats, he is not a fan. After all the changes in his young life, we feel he needs to be an only cat in his new home. He did like and played with the dog in his first home, so a kitty-friendly companion pup might be good for him with slow and proper introductions. Our adoption process does include a trial period, where Flauta would live in your home prior to adoption to give him time to settle and adjust.
