Marcello and his family were living as strays in an apartment complex in Spring Branch. A volunteer of PetConnect rescue did TNR in the apartment complex and took Marcello's mama cat and siblings, but Marcello wasn't around and missed the opportunity to be rescued. No one came back to rescue Marcello either, so he lived with the adult strays for few months until his foster mom came to help TNR and saw him lonely hanging around by himself. Foster mom felt in love with Marcello's expressive eyes and took him home. 😻 Marcello had to recover from flea allergies and worms, but he is all better now. He can be shy with new people, but good food and play time will earn his trust. Marcello gets along well with other cats. He is nervous around dogs because he was chased by them when was stray kitten. 😿 Marcello is looking for a quiet home with a young companion cat and humans that will devote their attention to him. 😸 He will repay his adopter with loud purring and lots of biscuits!
