This sweet, gentle boy was found as a stray about a year ago in Missouri City—underweight, dirty, and alone. Despite the tough start, Kevin is a resilient pup who’s overcome so much and is now looking for the right family to call his own. A Little About Kevin: -Neutered & up-to-date on vaccines—he’s ready to go! Kevin had an injury that led to the loss of one of his eyes, but don’t let that fool you—he’s adjusted beautifully and his remaining eye is healthy. -He’s super affectionate and loves being around people. He is a little timid at first, but warms up quickly and once he does, you’ll have a loyal and loving friend for life. -He gets along great with other dogs and is curious (but not overly interested) in cats. -Kevin is a perfect balance of playful and relaxed. He loves playing fetch (though we’re still working on the “bring it back” part) and enjoys his outdoor time, but he also loves cozying up for a good nap. -He walks well on a leash and isn’t overly reactive. He’s just curious about the world around him! Kevin's foster family says he has been a joy to have around and has been friendly with everyone he’s met so far. He’s gentle and sweet and would likely do well with children, though he hasn’t had direct interaction with them yet. At night, Kevin is perfectly content in his crate and sleeps soundly.
